Milton

Milton is a clean and simple drawing application, ideal for any artist who doesn't want any distractions. There is not much to look at, but the application is quite good at the little that it offers. Its straightforward design allows you to draw endlessly without anything getting in your way.

The application is absolutely free, without any hidden fees or restrictions. It is compatible with all popular Windows versions and it can be installed in just a few seconds. The hardware requirements are modest and you don't have to install any prerequisite tools.

Milton lets you draw on an infinite canvas. You can zoom out and move the canvas around without any limitations. Furthermore, the application places a set of basic drawing tools at your disposal. You can choose different colors, change the brush size and increase or decrease its opacity.

Although it doesn't come with any advanced functions, Milton lets you work on layers, which can be quite useful. This gives you the possibility of drawing and erasing specific details, without affecting anything else. Creating, renaming and organizing layer can be done on a compact panel, on the left side of the interface, where you will also find the drawing tool controls.

Drawings can be saved in JPEG or or PNG format. What's more, you can save them in any resolution, as long as your computer can handle it. The best part is that the output files are quite small, even at large resolutions.
